• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to your card statement.

 

Delivery / Shipment Policy

• Booking confirmations are delivered via app, website, and email within 5 minutes to 48 hours after successful payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Full refund if the booking is not confirmed by the provider.

2. Partial refund (minus applicable charges) if cancelled by customer.

3. Refunds are processed only through the original mode of payment.

4. In case of transaction errors, refunds are typically issued to the same payment card used.

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Ghandour holidays Login uses Facebook Login. We do not store your personal Facebook data.
To remove your data:

1. Go to Facebook Settings > Settings & Privacy.

2. Select Apps and Websites.

3. Find Ghandour Holidays Login.

4. Click Remove.

This will delete all app activities associated with your Facebook account.
